Evan P. Dyer, PA-C
I was born and raised in Cookeville, TN. Graduated Cookeville High School in 2005. I attended TN Tech University where I played baseball and majored in Exercise Science with an emphasis in fitness and Wellness. I graduated with my undergrad degree in 2009 and subsequently pursued a masters degree in Exercise Science, but I did not complete this degree due to matriculation into the Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program. I graduated PA school in 2013 and have worked in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine ever since the beginning of my career. I have also have experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and primary care. I enjoy all aspects of medicine and I am eager to continue learning more and more about orthopedics and sports medicine. I am certified by the NCCPA. I am a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants and The Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.
I have been married to my beautiful wife for 5 years now and we have 2 boys, 3 years old and 8 months old currently. I enjoy hunting, fishing, being outdoors, exercising and spending time with my family. We attend church at the River Community Church in Cookeville, TN. I am excited to be a part of the Manchester Community and serve all of your orthopedic and sports medicine needs!
